Honest means every rating.
A real transaction
“Verified buyer” means the checkout name was matched to a confirmed, non-test paid order. “Verified seller” means a trade-in was paid, or received and returned. This verifies the customer relationship, not every statement in a review.
The same checks for everyone
Every submission is checked before publication for authenticity, relevance, personal information, spam and unlawful or abusive content. Genuine, relevant and lawful reviews are published whether positive or negative. A refund does not remove your right to review.
No purchased praise
Our £2 buyer thank-you offer rewards genuine feedback at every rating, independently of publication. It is not a reward for praise. Reviews written under the offer are prominently labelled as incentivised. Ordinary and incentivised reviews use the same checks and ordering. Customers can request a private link without waiting for an invitation.
Your words, your choice
One review per transaction, newest first. Only published reviews count towards the displayed average, rounded to one decimal. Buyers and sellers can be viewed separately. Your name, rating, text and dates are public; email and transaction reference are not. We don’t rewrite your review. Use your private link to edit or withdraw it; edits go through the same checks.
Something isn’t right?
Contact us with the review ID if you think a review is fake, inappropriate or wrongly withheld. We investigate reports using the same rules for every rating.
