Back up and remove your personal data. Use a sturdy outer box, protect each item and fill any gaps. Remove old postage labels.
Device-data checklistPrint a label OR use a supplied QR
Print the supplied postage label and attach it securely. If we’ve supplied a genuine Royal Mail label-printing QR, show that at a location that supports it to have the same label printed.
Use one option for the same parcel, not both. Two files do not mean two parcels. A tracking barcode or number is not a label-printing QR.
No printer or no supplied QR? Ask us for helpHand it in & keep your receipt
Follow the service and drop-off instructions on your supplied postage. Ask for proof of posting and keep it until your trade is complete.
